Three bedroom + loft conversion property - renovation and extensive alteration. Beside building a new side extension, built to accomodate the new kitchen, we've also converted the exisitng kitchen in two spaces: a family bathroom and an utility/pantry room. The renovation included fitting new kitchen, new bathrooms, new wooden floor in living room, carpeting the upper floors, roof repairs, etc.

Loft conversion. We've tried to do more than the usual, common loft conversion. We think we've achieved this! Helped by a healthy budget, we've also assited the client with interior design and furnishing of the lovely space.

The entire potential of this one bed flat was revealed, by converting the existing living room and kitchen into an open-plan area, adding a new cloakroom, expanding the en-suite bathrooms; also, we've assited the client with interior design and furnishing of the entire flat.

Two bedroom lower ground flat - renovation and extensive alteration. Converting from two bedroom into a three bedroom flat, adding a new family bathroom, demolishing and rebuilding one of the en-suite bathrooms, creating a new space, in order to accomodate the kitchen, converting two vaults in a study/library room, these were the goals of this project.

One bedroom flat - renovation and remodeling. Complete overhaul of this lovely one bedroom flat included the kitchen remodeling and fitting new kitchen furniture and appliances, converting the end of the hallway into a brand new shower room, and general renovation of the entire flat.

Full refurbishment of an old property. Keeping as many of the original features, adding something new and the outcome will be a success.

Converting a garage into an office. Aside from a tree that stubbornly wants to cross the walls of the building, a rebel as a jungle ivy, and walls in a condition not so good - to put mildly, it rained during the entire project. However, the results were up to the client expectation...

Remodeling a kitchen. After a not so happy start - the furniture and associated execution plan was made by Home Base, but at delivery we found that there is no correspondence between the plan codes and codes on packaging, so let's solve a puzzle - result was a modern kitchen, as the expectations of our client.

Bathroom remodeling. An old bathroom - full of personality - transformed, according to customer wishes, into a wet room, spa style.

Refurbishment of a ceiling. When an accidental infiltration from the upper floor, reaches the plasterboard, everyone wants the problem to be solved quickly, without disruption, and the work to be protected against such future events. This is exactly what we did.

Bespoke sliding doors. Our client wanted a technical solution to exclude any guide rails on the floor. Obviously, the door design was planned to fit with the rest of the house joinery. By the way, the property also was previously refurbished by us.

During a more ample project, we found time to make this desk. Our client wishes was to have a child proof access to the computer's front panel. We suggested a bespoke desk and this was the results.

Restoration of a floor, almost destroyed by time and wear. But with care and professionalism, appearance of such a floor can be taken, if not to new condition, at least much improved.
