We understand that any home improvement is a significant investment and must be carefully considered. That's why we are happy to visit your property to understand what you wish to achieve and to provide ideas and guidance.

Initial Meeting
Once we have arranged a suitable time and date for a site visit, we shall provide you with a free appraisal of the project, starting with your requirements, till the size of the budget.
During the appointment we can discuss every aspect, providing guidance and advice, in terms of technical and legal issues, because we always try to work with our clients rather than for them.

Written Quotation
We take our time to review your plans and ensure that we get the best possible prices from our suppliers as we have a close relationship with local suppliers. Our quotation consists of a detailed explanation for the proposed works, so that each of our clients fully understands and can identify what is included in the quotation.

Work Schedule
A work schedule will be developed to show the stage payments that would need to be made once key milestones are achieved. And scheduling of work within the time frame given, so that our clients know for example when deliveries are, if, then the specific date in which the roomed or home would need to be vacated and what work is scheduled in on a day to day basis etc.
Contract
Upon commission we would develop a written contract for agreement before works commence. Also each of our clients' receives a full set of our terms and conditions.
Itemized estimates and fixed price contracts result in greater homeowner satisfaction. The reason for this is clear expectations. It's in the homeowner's best interest to get a commitment on price up front.
Management of Sites
Good site management
All clients receive a skilled project site management team, usually an experienced site manager and/or a project manager. Sometimes, one of the business owners do these roles. These people act as your points of contact throughout to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Project Planning
At the outset you will receive a detailed project plan which shows how long it will take to complete your project. This helps you gain a clear understanding of what's involved at each stage.

Procurement
We'll carefully plan the purchase of various components – kitchens, bathrooms, tiles and stone, lighting – to ensure everything is in place at the right time in the build process. We'll liaise with suppliers to check progress on orders to reduce the likelihood of delay and frustration. We also arrange stage payments so you can plan your finances appropriately. We ask for payment only when key milestones are achieved to your satisfaction.
Customer Service
We strongly believe that, the more we do our job better and our customers are satisfied, the less is needed the customer service.
However, our staff is always available have to speak with regarding any questions or queries, as this is always for the customer's convenience.
