Repairs and maintenance
It is obvious that after a period of use, things begin to wear, to decay. From the door and window locks, through to the bathroom and kitchen taps and to the doors of the wardrobe, there are a thousand and one of little things which must be in order when a lease ends.
Painting
Also, rooms may need small painting or wallpapering repairs and carpentry may need to be varnished or painted. You should not forget the outside: for example, simply painting the garage door can completely change the look of a building.
